Geraint Jones & Co aim to be progressive yet approachable. Home visits can be undertaken by arrangement and disabled access and a loop system for the hearing impaired are available at both offices. A case management system is utilised throughout the business, and other I.T software is installed to render the supply of legal services speedier and more efficient, including a programme that enables your Will to be executed at the first appointment.

The Firm has a Legal Aid Franchise (Public Funding) in Crime and Family, and a Community Legal Service contract which enables the Firm to advise on a publicly funded basis in a number of areas.

The Practice has achieved Lexcel accreditation for the last three years, and therefore belongs to a select group of firms who have achieved this quality standard.

The Firm currently employs seven qualified Solicitors; four of whom are accredited to attend clients at the Police Station and to undertake Magistrates Court work, and another who is currently working towards accreditation. The Principal also has Higher Rights of Audience and frequently conducts cases in the Crown Court.

The criminal department regularly covers four Magistrates Courts, namely: Brecon, Aberystwyth, Newtown and Welshpool in Mid-Wales, and Mold and Chester Crown Courts in North Wales, and also Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, and Swansea Crown Courts in South Wales.
