Llyr ap Dafydd – Director
Llyr is the head of our Family law, Conveyancing and Probate and has more than 20 years' experience in private client work, family work and conveyancing.
Llyr qualified as a solicitor in 1998 after gaining a Law Degree from the University of Aberystwyth and completed his training contract with the firm.
Llyr became a Director of the firm in 2017.
Llyr has maintained professional development courses in probate and estate administration, conveyancing and family law.
Llyr is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and an Accredited Specialist with Resolution.
Llyr has been a Supervisor of the Family Law Department for over 20 years and has undertaken a varied case load of Family Law and Matrimonial cases.
Llyr has been the Supervisor of the Private Client (Wills, LPA’s and Probate) for the last 5 years although has undertaken such work for over 20 years.
Llyr has been the Supervisor of the Conveyancing department for over 20 years.
Llyr’s is fluent in Welsh.
Emma Sheriff - Paralegal
Emma qualified as a Family Paralegal and is a valued member of our Family Department.
Emma also has experience with Private Client cases in drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
Emma also manages Probate Work assisting clients to complete IHT, Probate Registry and Land Registry forms.
Holly Pugh - Paralegal
Holly is also a Family Law Paralegal and is a valued member of the team.
Holly has developed skills in Private Client work namely in assisting clients with Court of Protection matters.
Owain Jones - Director
Owain a Director of the firm since 2017, is also the head of the Criminal Department and has over 15 years of experience in representing clients in police stations and courts across the country.
Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008 , Owain has maintained professional development in the area of Criminal Law, obtaining police station and court duty accreditation since 2009.
Owain also undertakes work in Private Client matters (Wills, LPA’s and Probate), and has been doing so for 15 years.
Owain also has experience in Conveyancing, often managing Commercial Property transactions such as Business Leases.
Geraint Parry - Solicitor
Although Geraint is a newly qualified Solicitor, he has vast experience having been with the firm since 2018.
Geraint manages Private Client work (Wills, LPA’s, Court of Protection, and Probate matters).
Geraint also assists the Conveyancing Department with residential property transactions.
Geraint attained Police Station Accreditation and is therefore a valued member of our Criminal Department. Geraint will now regularly appear at Magistrates Court
Geraint is fluent in Welsh.
Michelle Lewis - Conveyancer
Michelle has been with the company for over 20 years, working in the Conveyancing Department.
Michelle manages the Conveyancing Department from day to day with the assistance of Llyr her Supervisor.
